Refund and Cancellation policy

Medical Emergency Refund Policy:

  • Refund Condition: In case of a medical emergency, you are entitled to a full refund of your travel package.
  • Documentation Requirement: The refund request must include detailed medical documentation.
  • Deadline: The request must be submitted no later than three days before the scheduled departure.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for medical emergencies will be processed within 5 to 7 days.
  • Advance Payment Clause: If we’ve made advance payments to hotels on your behalf, the refund will be adjusted by deducting that amount.

Normal Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: A notice must be provided at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date to cancel the travel package.
  • Refund Type: A credit note will be issued for the amount of the canceled package.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for normal cancellations will be processed within 7 to 10 days.
  • Advance Payment Clause: If we’ve made advance payments to hotels on your behalf, the credit note will be adjusted accordingly.

Payment Terms:

  • Initial Payment: To secure your booking, an initial payment of 10% of the package cost, plus 5% GST, is required.
  • Second Payment: After the hotel voucher is issued, an additional 20% of the package cost is due.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 70% of the package cost must be paid after check-in.
  • Advance Payment Clause: If advance payments were made to hotels, the amount will be deducted from your final balance.
  • Key Point: Payment is split into three stages, with the bulk of it due after your first hotel check-in.
